Carol S. Branham, 74, of Crane, passed away Jan. 2, 2019. She as born Jan. 5, 1944, in Aurora to Dee and Ollie Irene (Ketcherside) Burrow.
Branham was a lifelong resident of the area, was a seamstress at the garment factory and later an order checker at MWM Dexter in Aurora.
Billie Joe Seaton, 78, of Katy, Texas, formerly of Mt. Vernon, passed away on Dec. 12, 2018, in Katy, Texas, surrounded by his family. He was born March 22, 1940, in Mt. Vernon, to Floyd and Rosa (Holder) Seaton.
Charles “David” Pendleton, 86, passed away Dec. 27, 2018, at his home in Webb City. Pendleton was born June 4, 1932, in Claremore, Okla. to Jerry H. and Etta E. “Mosley” Pendleton. He worked and retired from the Lamar Water Plant.
Vernon Willis Hill, age 85, known to his family and friends as Vern and to his grandchildren as Pa, passed away at 8:55 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at his home. Vern was born June 4, 1933, in Jackson County, Missouri, to Willis and Cleo (Royster) Hill.
Delores Marie Platz, age 83, of Republic, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday morning, Jan. 1, 2019, at the Ozark Methodist Manor in Marionville. She was born Jan. 29, 1935, in Milwaukee, Wisc., to Max and Angeline (Voit) Stima.
