Abelino C. Rodriguez

Abelino C. Rodriguez, 86, of Monett passed away Feb. 21, 2021 while at his home being comforted by his family.
He was born on Nov. 10, 1934 in Salas Perez, Zacatecas, Mexico, son of the late Jacobo Rodriguez and Salome Carrillo.
He was a husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Gaby Rodriguez; children, Erasmo Rodriguez, Susana Salas, Nick Rodriguez, John Rodriguez, Juana Rodriguez, Pedro Rodriguez, Oralia Rodriguez and Margarita del Socorro Rodriguez; siblings, Pablo Rodriguez, Agapito Rodriguez, Ruben Rodriguez, Elio Rodriguez, Maximina Rodriguez, Modesta Rodriguez, Ofrasia Rodriguez, Maria de los Angeles Rodriguez and Norma Rodriguez, as well as 28 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by children, Rita Rodriguez and Petra Rodriguez and siblings, Juan Rodriguez, Maria Consepcion Rodriguez and Eginia Rodriguez.
Funeral services were held Feb. 25, 2021 at Church of the Nazarene, Monett. A graveside service followed the service at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Monett. The family received friends on Wednesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
