Amber M. White

Amber M. White, 18, of Joplin, passed away Sept. 29, 2018, in her home. She was born May 9, 2000, in Joplin, to Cheryl (Cline) Presley and Coy White Jr.
During her high school years, she attended and competed in state and national debate tournaments. White was currently employed at Eagle Pitcher in Joplin. She was a lover of all kinds of animals, music, and enjoyed hiking and spending time walking the trails at the Wildcat Glade Conservation Area.
White is survived by: her mother, Cheryl Presley, of Joplin; brothers, Myran Presley, of Monett and Coy White III, of Lucedale, Miss.; sister, Ashley Chaney, of Carthage; Maternal grandparents, Robert and Linda Cline, of Pierce City; great-grandparents, Louise Cline, of Cabool, and Betty West, of Rogers, Ark.; Paternal grandmother, Mary Shoemake, of Lucedale, Mis.; three uncles; three aunts; one nephew; and one niece.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Oct. 4, 2018, at Mason-Woodard Chapel. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. until service time. Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
