Blueberry Crumb Coffee Cake

Blueberry Crumb Coffee Cake by Mrs. Guy States

CAKE:
3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can blueberry pie filling

TOPPING:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 T. butter

For the cake, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Cut in the butter or margarine. Add the sour cream, milk, vanilla, and eggs. Beat well.

Spread half of the batter into an oiled, lightly floured 9x13 pan. Spoon the pie filling on top. Top with the remaining batter.

Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake.

Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
