Diana Marie May

Diana Marie May, 60, of Monett passed away March 28, 2021 while at her home following a courageous battle with cancer.
May was born on Dec. 3, 1960 in Lynwood, Calif., daughter of the late Alan and Kay (Ish) Shook Hampton. May attended school in Lynwood and had worked for Bruner’s Pharmacy in Monett.
On July 7, 1988 in Monett, she married Max May. He survives. She is also survived by son, David (Jessica) Shook of Marionville; daughter, Linda (Jr.) Lueras of Carrizozo, N.M.; sister, Denise Vroenen of Springfield; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family will hold a private ceremony. Arrangements have been entrusted to Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
