John Robert “Bob” Mullins

John Robert “Bob” Mullins, 84, of Aurora passed away Feb. 8, 2021 in his home.
He was born to Bill and Elsie Hutchison Mullins on March 27, 1936 in Crane. He was a Mason for over 50 years. He was Regional F Grand Lecture of the 44th District and District Grand Lecture from 2001-2002.
Survivors include his wife, Pam; sons, David Mullins of Aurora and Steve Mullins of Prague, Okla.;  brother, Tom Mullins of Mesa, Ariz.; brother-in-law, Joe (Wanda) Barnhart of Nixa; sister-in-laws, Nancy Barnhart of Galena and Ann Calhoun of Springfield; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Willis Hanby and sisters, Leona Cunningham, Dean Hughey and Norma Smith.
Funeral services were held Feb. 13 in the Aurora Baptist Temple under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial followed in Maple Park Cemetery. Visitation was held Friday in the church. A full obituary will follow.
