JULIE ROSE FARNSWORTH

Julie Rose Farnsworth, age 46, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 26, 2024, at her home. She was born March 30, 1978, in Calhoun, Georgia, the daughter of David Keith and Dorothy Jeanne (Weber) Wright.
Julie was a 1996 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School and was a bookkeeper. She was a great mom and a huge fan of the series Survivor.
On July 17, 2004, she married Jerry Douglas Farnsworth, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri.
Julie is survived by her husband of 19 years, Jerry; one daughter, Isabelle Farnsworth, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; two sons, Alex Crawford and his wife, Maddie, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and Clay Jett of Springfield, Missouri; two step daughters, Zoe Farnsworth and Persiphany Farnsworth, both of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; three grandchildren, Rixi, Thea and Aries Crawford; three sisters, Sarah Culler and her husband, Bryan, of Greeley, Colorado, Jeanne Willden and her husband, David, of Springfield, Missouri and Becky Turkington and her husband, Matt, of Homer, Alaska; one brother, Bill Wright of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents, David and Dorothy, son, Christopher Farnsworth and brother-in-law, Bob Farnsworth.
A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. A burial will follow at the Mt. Vernon City Cemetery.
