Lady Cardinals open season with convincing win

The statewide preseason girl's basketball rankings have the Miller Lady Cardinals sitting in the number two spot and on Monday, Nov. 25, they showed the Billings Lady Wildcats why they open the 2019-20 season so high, walking away from the road game with a 69-36 win.
Miller was able to score quickly with a stifling full-court press that helped them jump out to a 16-2 lead and they never looked back.
Four Lady Cardinals scored in double-figures, with Kaylee Helton leading the way with 16, followed by Claudia Hadlock with 15, Alyssa Hill with 12 and Payten Richardson with 10.
Miller (1-0) will compete in the Ash Grove girl's tournament this week.
