LESTER GEORGE CATRON

Lester George Catron, 96, of Marionville passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at the Ozarks Methodist Manor in Marionville. He was born Oct. 1, 1927, in Kansas City; the son of George Edgar and Bessie Mae (Skinner) Catron.
He was a 1945 graduate of Paseo High School in Kansas City. He was a data processing supervisor for Hughes Aircraft in Fullerton, Calif. After retiring from Huges Aircraft he worked as a golf professional in Kimberling City and was an avid gardener.
On June 8, 1967, he married Dorathea Lorraine Hanratty in Hemet, Calif. She preceded him in death on May 23, 2005.
He is survived by one son, Donn M. Catron of California.
