Linda Dale (Melton) Bean

Linda Dale (Melton) Bean, 62, of Walnut Grove, passed away Aug. 14, 2025. She was born on Sept. 10, 1962, in Springfield to Dale and Donna (Glenn) Melton.  
She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Fortner and husband Bobby; daughter-in-law, Kim Bean; two grandchildren; two siblings; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Donna Melton; son, Willie Bean; and sister, Beth Chainey.
Visitation was from 1 p.m. until service time, Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Walnut Grove. Memorial services were at 2 p.m., at the funeral home.
