Milton Dwain “Doc” Tate

Milton Dwain “Doc” Tate, 62, of Cassville passed away suddenly in his home on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025. He was born Aug. 5, 1963 in Hobbs, N.M.
Preceding him in death is his father, Ovin Dwain Tate and brother, Richard “Rick” Tate.
He will be remembered for the joy he brought to others, his unwavering loyalty to family and friends, and his love for his grandchildren. He dedicated his life to his family and put others before himself.
Surviving are his mother, Carol Janice (Winn) Tate of Arkansas; siblings, Shannon Schnaubert of Arkansas, and Jamie Tate of Missouri; his children, Matthew Tate of Arizona, Michael Tate of Texas, Ashley Jung of Texas, Tana Tate of Missouri, Alana Tate of Missouri, and Devin Batson of Arkansas, and numerous grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
