Doris Eileen (Hazelwood) Morales, 69, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Sept. 8, 2019, at the Mt. Vernon Place Care Center. She was born March 16, 1950, in Kingman, Ariz. to the late, Burl Albert and Oliva “Geraldine” (Cates) Hazelwood. Morales was a 1968 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School.
She is survived by: brothers, Dennis (Pam) Hazelwood of Mt. Vernon, Robert Hazelwood of Monett and Edward (Laura) Hazelwood of Mt. Vernon; four nephews; two nieces; four great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
