Sheila Ranae Mahan

Sheila Ranae Mahan, 55, of Shell Knob, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025 at her home.
She was born April 8, 1970 in Houston, the daughter of Alvin and Angela (Lansdown) Mahan.
Preceding her in death were her son, Tyler Pendergrass, and brother, Joshua Ross.
Surviving are her mother, Angela Ross of Shell Knob; father and stepmother, Alvin and Pat Mahan of Buffalo; son, Roger Pendergrass and wife Whitney of Shell Knob; daughter, Telasha Pendergrass of Shell Knob; sisters, Shonda Mahan of Buffalo, and Lorena Mahan of Buffalo; six grandchildren whom she adored; three nephews; and three nieces.
After she was born, her family moved to southwest Missouri where she attended school. She was employed by several area restaurants as a waitress. She had a passion for the outdoors, she was an avid fisher, enjoyed going camping, hiking, and cooking for her family. Her role as a grandmother was one of her greatest joys, and she cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren. She attended Lohmer Full Gospel Church. She will be missed greatly by those that knew and loved her.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Lonnie Stockton will conduct the services.
