Tracy Lee Ravencraft

Tracy Lee Ravencraft, 57, of McDonough, Ga. passed away on Thursday, Jan. 6, 2022. She was born on April 26, 1964  in Washington to Merrill (Buck) Newcomer and Saundra Newcomer.
Ravencraft grew up in and graduated from high school in Mt. Vernon.  After attending the University of Arkansas, she lived in Springfield for a few years before moving to the Atlanta area in 1992. Her work led her to several companies specializing in payroll and third party benefits.  As a result, she became active in the Atlanta Chapter of the American Payroll Association. She was president of the chapter from 2012 – 2013 and as her involvement continued, she mentored others in the APA. In the spring of 2021, Ravencraft was hired as CEO of Paywerx, a subsidiary of Carr Riggs Ingram.
Ravencraft is survived by husband of 24 years, Eric, sister, Amanda (Jeff) Arens; niece and nephews; aunt and uncle, Robb (Lauren) Phillips; and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.
