Betty Lorraine Hutchison, 67, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Feb. 12, 2020, at the Cox South Hospital in Springfield. She was born June 14, 1952, in Ventura, Calif., to Lindsey and Betty (Redding) Beall. She was a 1970 graduate of Fillmore High School in Fillmore, Calif. and was a homemaker.
