Charles “David” Pendleton, 86, passed away Dec. 27, 2018, at his home in Webb City. Pendleton was born June 4, 1932, in Claremore, Okla. to Jerry H. and Etta E. “Mosley” Pendleton. He worked and retired from the Lamar Water Plant.

Delores Marie Platz, age 83, of Republic, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday morning, Jan. 1, 2019, at the Ozark Methodist Manor in Marionville. She was born Jan. 29, 1935, in Milwaukee, Wisc., to Max and Angeline (Voit) Stima.
Charley Will Vandergrift, 76, of Alba, passed away Dec. 29, 2018, surrounded by his family. Vandergrift was born Oct. 15, 1942, to Claude and Ruby Vandergrift.
He was married to Delores Ann Hastings in 1964, in Mt. Vernon. They celebrated 54 years of marriage this year.
Claude J. Moore of Stotts City, Missouri passed away peacefully at Cox Hospital in Springfield, with his family by his side on Sunday, December 30, 2018, at the age of 88.

Diane Lynn Cargile, 58, passed away Dec. 20, 2018, in Monett. She was born Oct. 19, 1960, in Carthage to Dale and Marie Hamilton. She was a homemaker and a longtime southwest Missouri resident. She was married to Jerry Cargile in 1997, in Aurora; he survives.
Phyllis Raye Wittenborn, 74, of Marionville passed away Dec. 20, 2018, at the Aurora Nursing Center in Aurora. She was born Aug. 8, 1944, in Aurora to the late Carl Ray and Lola Lee (Garner) Gardner.
