Alice's Peach Cobbler

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Alice’s Peach Cobbler by Pattie Hastings

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup flour
2 cups sliced peaches

Melt the butter and mix into the milk. Combine with the dry ingredients. Pour into a cake pan. Top with the sliced peaches. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
