Bean Salad

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Bean Salad by Ruth Chastain

1 can pork n’ beans
Small jar sweet pickles, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 onion, diced
4 T. salad dressing

Open the can of pork n’ beans and pour into a bowl. Add the sweet pickles, eggs,
onions, and salad dressing. Mix together and serve.
