Beef Roll Ups

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Beef Roll Ups by Joyce Sorenson

1 tsp. horseradish
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. sliced dried beef

Mix together the cream cheese and horseradish. Spread this mixture onto the sliced dried beef. Roll the beef as you would a jelly roll or cinnamon rolls. Place in the refrigerator until the cream cheese is hardened, about 45 minutes.

Slice into 1/2” thick sections. Secure ends with toothpicks. The toothpicks also serve as a holder. Arrange on a bed of lettuce leaves. Makes approx. 75 slices.
