Chocolate Cream Cheese Ball

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Chocolate Cream Cheese Ball by Karen Meyers

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 T. cocoa
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
Graham cracker crumbs or finely chopped nuts

Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cocoa. Add the chocolate chips and mix to combine. Chill. Form into a ball. Roll in the graham cracker crumbs or finely chopped nuts. Chill again. Serve with graham crackers. Tastes best if made one day before you serve it.
