Corn and Frank Chowder

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Corn & Frank Chowder by Marie Miles

1 lb. frankfurters, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 T. margarine
16 oz. can cream style corn
1 cup milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Dash of pepper

Saute the frankfurters and onion in the margarine in a 3-qt. saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the cheese melts. Yields 4-6 servings.
