Cranberry Yeast Bread

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Cranberry Yeast Bread by Wilma Van Dalfsen

1 cup plus 3 T. water, 70° to 80°
2 T. butter
3 T. instant nonfat milk powder
3 T. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3-1/2 cups bread flour
2-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 T. grated orange peel

Bread machine instructions: Place the first 7 ingredients in order suggested by your machine manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Add the cranberries and orange peel at the tone of the beep. Bake according to machine directions.
