Crockpot Roast
The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Crockpot Roast by Naoma Williams
1 beef roast, any kind
1.25 oz. pkg. dry brown gravy mix
Half of 1.25 oz. pkg. dry italian dressing mix
Half of 1.25 oz. pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup water
Place beef roast in Crockpot or slow cooker. Mix the dry mixes together in a bowl & sprinkle over the roast. Pour the water around the roast. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
Leftovers make good hot beef sandwiches.
