Judy Kay Wells
Judy Kay Wells, 76, of Marionville, passed away after a long battle with cancer, Nov. 23, 2018, at the Mercy Hospital in Springfield, surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 16, 1942, in Lawrence County, to Aurby Joseph and Mildred (Galloway) Foster.
Wells was a 1960 graduate of Marionville High School and worked for the R.T. French Company in Springfield, for 33 years. After retiring she went to work in the cafeteria for Marionville Schools. She loved her family and they were the joy of her life. In 1960, she married Charles Wells in Aurora.
Wells is survived by: her husband of 58 years; daughter, April (Chris) Kutzner of Marionville; son, Scott (Amy) Wells of Nixa; sisters, Jena Link of Galena and Rena Burcham, of Crane; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Her parents and brother, Donny Foster, preceded her in death.
A visitation was held Nov. 26, 2018, at the Williams Funeral Home in Marionville. A funeral service was held Nov. 27, 2018, at the First Baptist Church in Marionville with burial following at the Mt.
