Mt. Vernon Rotary participates in Chilean exchange program

Above, members of the Mt. Vernon Rotary Club pose for a photo with fellow Rotarians hailing from the country of Chile. The South American Rotarians made their way to the area via an exchange program dubbed District to District. As part of the program, Mt. Vernon Rotary members went to Chile to meet Rotarians and exchange ideas, which, according to Mt. Vernon Rotary organizer Marsha Jones, is a vital part of the program. 
 
“We can see globally what we can do collectively,” she said. “[We can find] missions that we could do together and apart.”
