Ozark BBQ Cups
The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:

10 oz. tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Separate the dough into 10 biscuits. Flatten into 5-inch circles. Press each into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup. Set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain. Add the barbecue sauce and mix well. Divide the meat mixture into the lined muffin cups, using about 1/4 cup for each. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 375° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan to serve.
