Plum Good Chicken

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Plum Good Chicken by Charlanne Anglen

1-1/2 cups plum jelly
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 lbs. chicken breasts, skin removed

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine the plum jelly, honey, soy sauce, orange juice, and minced garlic in a 9x13 baking dish. Place the chicken in the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour, turning once. For richest flavor, turn again and bake for an additional 30 minutes at 200°.
