Sandra Kay Cargile

Sandra Kay Cargile, 66, of Springfield passed away Wednesday, April 15, in Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. She was born Sept. 29, 1959 in Monett, the daughter of Lewis and Betty (Bailie) Cargile. She was a retired CNA.

Survivors include one son, Sam Cargile of Aurora.; four daughters, Brandy King (Andrew) of Prairie Home, Greta Coronel of Aurora, Amy Vandeweerd (Jay Gilmore) of Warsaw, and Ashley Cargile of Springfield, seven brothers, Steve Cargile of Aurora, Tim Cargile of Deer Park, Texas, Randy Cargile of Aurora, John Cargile of Butterfield, Jerry Cargile of Monett, and Glen Cargile of Pleasant Hope, two sisters, Lisa Beaumont of Willard,and Teresa Weeks of Cassville, 21 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services were held at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 25, in the Harvest Church with Terry Fletcher officiating under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel. Cremation will follow.

Arrangements are under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel.
