ALEXIS "LEXIE" CATHERINE FLETCHER

Alexis “Lexie” Catherine Fletcher, age 27, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away at 6:57 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2022. She was born February 11, 1995, in Duncan, Oklahoma, the daughter of Shelley Fletcher.
Lexie was a 2013 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School in Mt. Vernon, Missouri, and worked for Curia Global in Springfield, Missouri. She was a member of Harvest Church in Aurora, Missouri.
Lexie is survived by her parents, Shelley and Chris Blackburn of Republic, Missouri; three sisters, Kayla Fletcher of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Macy Crow of Republic, Missouri and Emma Harbaugh and husband, Brandon, of Springfield, Missouri; two brothers, CJ Blackburn of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and Jarrod Blackburn and wife, Lily, of Rogersville, Missouri and her maternal grandparents Gary and Connie Fletcher of Marionville, Missouri.
Lexie was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Shirley Blackburn.
Lexie enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. She is deeply loved, and she will be greatly missed by her entire family. Her family will continue to share memories of her life. Lexie had a special relationship with the Lord, and her family eagerly anticipates seeing her again soon.
A funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon. Burial followed at the Mt. Vernon City Cemetery.
