Alicia Aloma Hastings

Alicia Aloma Hastings, 78, of Aurora passed away April 7, 2021, at her home. She was born Dec. 10, 1942, in Aurora, the daughter of Columbus and Ruby (Means) Snider.
She was a 1960 graduate of Aurora High School and was a homemaker.  She attended the Aurora Fundamental Methodist Church. She was always very involved with the church, teaching preschool and Sunday School.
On July 22, 1961, she married Darrell Hastings in Aurora.  
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Darrell; son, Andrew (Stephanie) Hastings of Aurora; sister, Ramona Hilton of Aurora; brother, Chris (Janet) Snider of Aurora; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Columbus and Ruby; son, Alan Hastings and her brother-in-law, Darrell Hilton.
A memorial service, under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora, will be held at a later date at the Aurora Fundamental Methodist Church. Burial will be held at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice, in care of the funeral home.
