Angela Dawn Phillips

Angela Dawn Phillips, 46, of Hartwell, Ga,,formerly of Mt. Vernon passed away on Saturday Feb. 5, 2022 at St. Marys Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia Ga. Born on Aug. 11, 1975 in Monett, she was the daughter of Helen (Hawkins), Garoutte and the late Robert Phillips. Phillips was a store Manager for Dollar General in Lavonia, Ga.
Survivors include her mother Helen (Phillips) Garoutte of Stotts City; a daughter Teaghen Phillips of Hartwell and a brother Chris Phillips of Stotts City.
She was preceded in death by her father and one brother Eric Phillips. Services were held in Hartwell, Ga.
