Bertha Marie Boswell (Meyer)

Bertha Marie Boswell (Meyer), 89, passed away March 16, 2022.
She was born in Stotts City, to Walter and Anna Meyer (Schnake) on Feb. 26, 1933. She married Frank Joshua Boswell, on April 29, 1951. They were married 71 years. To this marriage four children were born, Cheryl Marie Boswell Keltner, Frank David Boswell, Nancy Delaine Boswell, and Karen Louise Boswell (Haase). Boswell was a devoted stay-at-home mom. She was an industrious homemaker.
Preceding her in death were her parents, two daughters, Karen and Nancy, six siblings and their spouses.
Boswell is survived by her husband, Frank Joshua and two children, Cheryl Boswell Keltner (Richard); Frank David Boswell (Rose); three grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She and Josh were members of First Baptist Church, in Sarcoxie. After selling the farm and moving to Springfield, they attended National Heights Baptist Church.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 28, at Union Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett.
