Beverly Ann Neely

Beverly Ann Neely, 82, of Joplin, passed away Monday, Sept. 6, 2021 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family.
Neely entered this life on Jan. 14, 1939, in rural Diamond to the union of the late Hershel and Lucille (Fenimore) Shull. Beverly was a very devoted employee to all her employers, her last one being a Standardized Patient for KU Medical Center. She was a member of Forest Park Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter “Bud” Neely; son, David Brown; siblings, Hershel Shull and Sharon Burnett; two sisters-in-law, Norma Shull and Roxy Shull.
Neely is survived by her children, Cindy Sipes and husband, Roger, of Lamar,  Tom Brown (Tina), of Edmond, Okla. and Sarah Stratton (Michael), of Joplin; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and brother Richard Shull of Diamond.
Graveside services for Neely was 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021 at Fullerton Cemetery, Carthage, with Tom Brown, Roger Sipes and Michael Stratton officiating. Visitation was from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials are being directed to Turn Around Ranch in care of the mortuary. Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary in Joplin.
