Caroline Sue Phillips

Caroline Sue Phillips, 72, of Marionville, passed away Jan. 9, 2020, at the Republic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Republic. She was born April 20, 1947, in Verona, to Ranson Edward and Louise (Branham) Lawson. In 1989, she married Frank Phillips in Las Vegas, Nev.
She is survived by: her husband of 30 years; daughter, Sheila Burkhart, of Aurora; sons, Jack Hilton of Marionville, Kevin Hilton of Aurora and Nelson Walls of Aurora; sister, Allene Lawson of Lakeview, Ohio; brother, Tracy Lawson of Monett; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents; sisters, Naomi Lawson and Carolyn Lawson; brothers, Donald Lawson and Harold Lawson.
