Catherine Aileen Wrinkle

Catherine Aileen Wrinkle, 93, of Aurora passed away  Monday, June 13, 2022, at her home. She was born Nov. 12, 1928, in Stone County the daughter of Boyd and Esther (Sloan) Steele.
She was a 1946 graduate of Marionville High School. She was a dairy farmer, antique dealer, and the owner of Dillard’s Drug Store in Aurora. She was a member of the Aurora Baptist Temple Church.
On Jan. 25, 1947, she married Harold Clinton Wrinkle, in Columbus, Kan. He preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 1993.
Wrinkle is survived by her son, Randy Wrinkle (Carol), of Verona; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter and a great-great-grandchild on the way and several nieces and nephews.
Wrinkle was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd, and Esther; husband, Harold; son, Ron Wrinkle and his wife, Joyce and two brothers, Bob Steele and his wife, Sue and Jim Steele and his wife, Ann.
A visitation was from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora with a funeral service that followed at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at the Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora.
Memorial donations may be made payable to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or Integrity Hospice in care of the funeral home.
