Chester Randall Irons

Chester (Chet) Randall Irons, 69, of Republic, passed away Feb. 18, at Cox South.
He was born in Springfield on Dec. 23, 1952, to Chester O. and Roberta M. (Owens) Irons.
Irons graduated from Nixa High School in 1971. On Sept. 19, 1979, Irons and Edna M. Rambaum were united in marriage at The Hereford Room in Springfield. They moved to Republic in 1985. He worked for many years as a construction superintendent giving him the opportunity to travel all over the United States.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Irons of Republic; three brothers, Greg (Marilyn) Irons of Nixa, Kevin Irons of Ozark and Dr. Eric (Mary) Kapustka of Battlefield; two daughters, Chrissy Clary and Angela Sullivan of Republic; a son Brian (Heather) Irons of Republic; six grandchildren Michaela (Jared) Stevens of Marionville, Hadon Irons, Bethan Irons, Kendall Sullivan, Kaylee Sullivan, and Emmett Clary of Republic; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Monetary contributions can be made to the memorial fund through the funeral home to aid the family during the unexpected death.
