Clyde Junior Barton

Clyde Junior Barton, 76, of Carthage passed away April 30, 2021. Barton was born March 26, 1945 in Ally Springs to George and Effie (Younger) Barton.  
He is preceded in death by his parents; Son, Clyde Eric; one granddaughter; brother’s, Walter, Shelby, Floyd ‘Tee’, Lloyd, Claude, Lendell, and sister’s Edith Gall, Louise Grandstaff, Genevieve ‘Gen’ Patterson, and Ruby Jewel Barton.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn R ‘Lindsey’ Barton; son, Carl and wife Crystal and Calvin and wife Tammy; daughter, Denise Cera, Kelly Tilley and daughter, Sheila and husband Eric Vonholten; 15 Grandkids; 14 great-grandkids; brother, Glen; sister, Betty Cook, Edna and Everett Cain; sister in-law, Geraldine (Walter), Betty (Floyd) and countless nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held Tuesday evening at Ulmer Funeral Home May 4, 2021. Funeral Services were held May 5, 2021 at Ulmer Funeral Home, Carthage. Burial was held at Dudenville Cemetery near Golden City. Arrangements are under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
