Connie Mae Ebert

Connie Mae Ebert, 71, of Aurora, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021, at her home. She was born Aug. 16, 1950, in Chillicothe, the daughter of Walter William and Peggy Louise (Allen) Newton.
Ebert retired from American Dehydrated Foods North Plant in Verona.
On Dec. 29, 1993, she married Kenny Ebert in Miami, Okla.
Ebert is survived by her husband of 27 years, Kenny; one daughter, Donna Winfrey of Chillicothe; three sons, William, Kenny and David Campbell, all of Aurora; one brother, Richard Newton, of Aurora; one sister, Mildred Newton of Bolivar; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Ebert was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Peggy; one sister, Velma Earp and her granddaughter, Breanna Andrews.
A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 12, 2021, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora.  Burial followed at Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora. Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021, in the funeral home chapel.
Memorial donations may be made payable to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
