Cynthia Britt Earp

Cynthia Britt Earp, 62, of Stotts City, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Mercy Hospital Joplin in Joplin. She was born in Memphis, Tenn. on Monday, Sept. 21, 1959; daughter of William and Patsy (Lowe) Parker. She graduated in 1977 from Immaculate Conception Catholic High School in Memphis, Tenn. Earp proudly served in the Air Force. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are the following: her husband, Mike Giles of Stotts City; a grandson that she raised, Parker Earp of the home; a son, Dustin Earp of Leavenworth, Kan.; a daughter, Jamie Earp of Pierce City; 11 grandchildren; her mother, Patsy Parker of Memphis, Tenn.; two brothers, Patrick Parker of Memphis, Tenn. and Mark Parker of Pleasant Ridge; and many other family members and friends.
Earp was preceded in death by her dad, William Parker.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 2.2022 at Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City.
