Dale Bachtold

Dale Bachtold, 77, of Sarcoxie passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the Sarcoxie Nursing Center.
He was born on Oct. 9, 1944 in Sarcoxie to the union of the late Albert Leander and Edna Sultana (Coates) Bachtold. He was a graduate of Sarcoxie High School. He retired from Day and Zimmermann Ammunition Plant in Parsons, Kan. after many years of dedicated service. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Sarcoxie.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother-in-law, George Gurley.
Bachtold is survived by his sister, Ruth Gurley, of Sarcoxie; two nephews and one niece; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Graveside memorial services for Bachtold was at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Harvey Cemetery with Pastor James Yost officiating.
