David W. Ratzlaff

David W. Ratzlaff, of Cassville, passed away Dec. 28, 2019, at the Select Specialty Hospital in Springfield.
Ratzlaff was born Oct. 3, 1957, in Dodge City, Kan., to Henry Abram and Iva Kathleen (Copeland) Ratzlaff. Ratzlaff graduated from Dodge City High School and studied psychology and vocational rehab, criminal justice at the University of Northern Colorado.  He was a member of the Granby United Methodist Church in Granby.
He is survived by: his fiancée, Kim Elsey of Cassville; mother, Kathy Ratzlaff of Limon, Colo.; son, Jason Ratzlaff of Wichita, Kan.; daughter, Miranda Ratzlaff of Wichita, Kan.; brother, Doug (JoAnn) Ratzlaff of Limon, Colo.; sister, Teresa (Richard) Becker of Hugo, Colo.; one grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, H.A. Ratzlaff.  
Ratzlaff’s wishes were to be cremated with services at a later date.
