Donald “Don” Eugene Harris

Donald “Don” Eugene Harris, 75, of Aurora passed away Sept. 28. Harris was born Feb. 25, 1945, in Reedley, Calif., the son of Earl and EttaLee Harris. He was united in marriage to Judy Brown on June 5, 1965 in Aurora. He worked as a mechanic for Conrad Chevrolet in Aurora. Over the years he had flown for Walmart and also crop dusted for several farmers. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Aurora.
Survived by his wife; son, Michael Harris, of Springfield; brother, Jerry Harris, of Monett; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Darrell, Sherman, and Doug Harris.
A graveside service was held at the Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory in Cassville.
