Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Harris

Elizabeth Ann “Beth” Harris, 77, of Purdy, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022, while at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield.
Harris was born on Oct. 5, 1944 in Joplin, daughter of the late Carl and Maude (Boggs) Chandler.
On Oct. 5, 1962 in Sarcoxie, Harris married Gary W. Harris. To this union, they had three children.
She is survived by her husband Gary, of the home; two sons, Rick Harris (Rhonda) and Brian Harris, all of Purdy; a daughter, Terri Garrison of Purdy; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; as well as one sister, Belva Lou Parmley, of Sarcoxie.
Harris was preceded in death by one son-in-law, Daniel Garrison; and two brothers, Nelson and Elwin Chandler.
Private family services were held at the Harris Family Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Gideon’s International in care of the funeral home. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of the Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
