Emma Lorene Johnson

Emma Lorene Johnson, 87, of Everton passed away June 21, 2021, at the Cox South Hospital in Springfield. She was born June 22, 1933, in Miller the daughter of Alva and Erma (Blair) Younts.
On April 24, 1954, she married Nelson Johnson in Miller. He preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 1996.
Johnson is survived by her daughter, Carlene Johnson of Everton; son, David Johnson, of Everton; sisters, Rozena Shackelford of Mt. Vernon and Coleen Sharon of Monett and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Johnson was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
A graveside service under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon was held June 25, 2021, at the Ray Springs Cemetery, Everton.
