Eulah Lee Lewsader

Eulah Lee Lewsader, 94, of La Russell, passed away Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022, at St. Luke’s Nursing Center, in Carthage. She was born Nov. 12, 1927, in Round Grove, the daughter of S.P. and Vivian (Vaile) Cantwell.
On Jan. 22, 1944, she married Herman Clement Lewsader in Columbus, Kan. He preceded her in death on June 9, 1988.
Lewsader is survived by her son, Jeff Lewsader of Carthage; one daughter, Sharon Pennington (Alan), of La Russell; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Lewsader was preceded in death by her parents, S.P. and Vivian; her husband, Herman; grandson, Weston Greenstreet and two sisters, Gladys Sullivan and her husband, Lee, and Waunita Sanders.
A funeral service was at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 28, 2022, at the Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home, in Miller. Burial followed at the Red Oak Cemetery.
