Geraldine Sue Johnson

Geraldine Sue Johnson, 86, of Marionville, passed away  Friday, Nov. 12, 2021, at the Ozarks Methodist Manor, in Marionville. She was born March 29, 1935, in Springfield, the daughter of Henry and Catherine (Edmonds) Cunningham.
Johnson was a self-employed seamstress and artist and was a member of the Marionville First Baptist Church.
On Feb. 12, 1973, she married Malthe Eugene Johnson in Austin, Texas. He preceded her in death on Sep. 10, 2011.
Johnson is survived by her daughter, Juanita Pearce and her husband, Russell, of Ozark; two sons, Jeff Foraker  (Magdalena), of Copperas Cove, Texas and Blane Foraker  (Carmen), of Ozark; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Johnson was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Catherine; husband, Malthe; son, Eugene Foraker; brother, Frank Cunningham and sister, Judy Chaney.
No services are planned at this time. Burial will be held at a later date at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield. Arrangements are under the direction of the Williams Funeral Home, in Marionville.
