Imogene Loveland

Imogene Loveland, 87, Monett passed away Sunday Sept. 26, 2021. She was born in Monett, July 19, 1934; the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary Cecilia (Atkerson) Fisher. She was united in marriage in Monett, on Nov. 1, 1958 to Clifford Loveland; he preceded her in death on Dec. 7, 2009.
She was retired from Jumping Jacks Shoes and was a member of the Chapel of Grace Church in Monett.
Loveland is survived by one son: Steve Fisher of Mt. Vernon and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents: Raymond and Mary; husband: Clifford; one son: Mike Fisher, one brother: Richard Fisher, and three sisters: Mary Howerton, Betty House and hazel Eddingfield.
Visitation for Loveland was held 6 - 8 p.m.  on Thursday Sept. 30, 2021 from at the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m on Friday Oct. 1, 2021 . at the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Chapel in Monett. Burial next to her husband Clifford followed services at the Monett I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Monett.
Memorial donations for Loveland may be made to the Mt. Vernon Place Care Center in Mt. Vernon.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett.
