Jacob Berry, 31, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021 at Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery at Jerico Springs. Visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 24, 2021 in the funeral home chapel.
