James Richard Hayes

A memorial visitation for James Richard “Rick” Hayes, 70, of Ridgedale, was from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 31, 2022  at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
He passed away on Jan. 26, 2022 at Cox Medical Center in Springfield.
Hayes was born on Dec. 27, 1951 in Aurora, the son of William “Bill” and Aleen Slaughter Hayes. He was a retired railroad brakeman and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors are his two sons: Kendall Hayes of Ridgedale and Andy Hayes of Maplewood; brother, Bill Hayes (Mary) of Crane and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Sam Tate Hayes.
