John Sanford Hutchison

John Sanford Hutchison, age 86, of Hollister, Missouri, formerly of Marionville, Missouri, passed away at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at the Ozarks Methodist Manor in Marionville.  He was born February 28, 1935, in Newton County, Missouri, the son of Sanford and Belva (Priest) Hutchison.
John was a 1953 graduate of Pierce City High School and was an electrician for Southwest Furnace Factory and Jumping-Jacks Shoe Factory.  He was a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows in Marionville and the Pierson Cumberland Church in Bradfield, Missouri.
On March 27, 1959, he married Lou Ann Baum in Osa, Missouri.  She preceded him in death on October 6, 2020.
John is survived by his daughter, Annette Sain and her husband, Cliff, of Branson, Missouri; one son, Ron Hutchison and his wife, Melanie, of Tuckerman, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Brad Hutchison and his wife, Laura, of Diaz, Arkansas, Trevor Sain of Kirbyville, Missouri and Amanda Sain of Rochester, New York; one great-granddaughter, McKinzy Hutchison; one sister-in-law, Marcia Baum, of Marionville, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Sanford and Belva; wife, Lou Ann; one brother, Howard Hutchison and his wife, Irene and one sister, Fay Eimer and her husband, Francis.
A visitation was held from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on Monday, January 24, 2022, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora, Missouri with a graveside service followed at 12:00 p.m. at the Marionville IOOF Cemetery.
